Sprints
Sprints work when the target is clear, the proof is visible, and the timeline is short enough to force action.
Typical sprint format
- One defined masculine goal for 7, 14, or 30 days.
- A minimum proof requirement like lifts, grooming, approaches, or money moves.
- A kickoff, midpoint check, and final recap.
Good sprint goals
- Fix posture and walk 10k steps daily for two weeks.
- Run a 14-day style and grooming reset.
- Complete five calm approaches every week for a month.
How to track it
Track inputs first: sessions, reps, approaches, profile updates, dollars moved, or routines kept.
Use a visible streak or recap so you can see quickly whether your discipline is real or slipping.
